CAPHIANS / MEN FROM CAPH

Planet of origin: A planet orbiting the star Caph, in the Milky Way
The Caphians are massive humanoids with aggressive behaviours who had developped an interstellar civilisation as of the 23rd century and made contact with humanity. Despite the warlike nature of the Caphians, peaceful commercial relations were established on the basis that Caphians do not understand the concept of lying or inventing fictional concepts. Mankind started selling stories and entertainment goods to the Caphians.

KIMONIANS

Planet of Origin: Kimon, an earth-type planet orbiting a yellow star in the milky way galaxy.
Kimonians are a seemingly humanoid species looking much like a perfect if a bit taller version of humanity. They possess powerful psionic abilities such as telepathy, telekynesis - which is the basis of their craft- and teleportation with a range that allows them to send objects over interstellar distances. They also have the power to help individuals of some other species to develop psionic powers of their own.
They have developped a peaceful non-expansive pastorale advanced civilisation on their homeworld and have shown no interest in other worlds and other civilisations although they are known to accept humans of Earth among them providing they have a high IQ and succeed a very severe series of tests.
It remains unknown if the form under which we see them is their real appearance as they are known to influence perceptions of off-worlders on a regular basis.

ABERNAXIANS

Planet of Origin: Abernax, Milkwy Way galaxy
Abernaxians are a species that developed a peaceful advanced space-faring civilisation. While non expansive, they sometimes visit other worlds as discrete obervers.
Abernaxians' upper body is vaguely reminiscent of an human's one but much leaner, with a noseless face that looks that of an antique doll. Their lower body seems to be a robe like limb on whihc they hover above the ground. Their lifespan appears to be extremely long as one representative was present in ancient Greece and still on Earth around 12000 AD.

HUMAN BLANKET

The human blanket is a vegetal symbiotic lifeform that shares the nurrishment it gets from its photosynthesis with its host by wrapping itself around its shoulders. It also boosts his health, endurance as well as his moral by keeping him company and telepathically tell him stories. By itself, the blanket cannot be considered sentient but rather blank and potentially sentient. It takes and builds its personnality and imagination from the the depths of the mind of its host.
The blankets were invented by a science-fiction writers in the late 1950ies in one of his novels. In the 2500ies, some Earth publisher was selling the novel, among others, to an obscure species of biogeneticists who found the idea compelling and decided to bioengineer the creature.

HELLHOUNDS OF THE COSMOS

Aggressive sentient reptilian species which developed an expansive advanced interstellar civilisation. They are a bit taller than humans, described as looking like an hybrid of an alligator and a grizzly and can move on two or four legs. They have discovered ways to travel in the void between universes and are so warlike that they would be willing to sacrifice the universe if it allows at least of them to go bakc to the universe's next singularity to mold the next universe in a way that pleases them.

PINK ENTITY

Planet of Origin: a windy and desertic planet 5000 light years from Earth, in the direction of the Pleiades.
The pink entity is a large soft mass covering a surface of about 6 meters in diameter by three meters high. While not humanoid, its shape is remotely reminiscent ofa huge couch potato.
The Pink entity has existed for several millions of years and has no memory of its beginning and cant recall any physical change, wether growth or deterioration in its physical mass.
It has powerful psychic powers and spends most of its time fishing telepathically for other telepathic entities with wich to communicate. It is collecting other people's mind, exchanging an image of its own mind with them. The entity has in its own mind images of the minds of thousands of alien. Being a solitary being, possibly to only of its kind, it does not do much with that wealth of knowledge and live a quite goal-less existence. It usually have a friendly attitude toward otehr sentient beings.
The entity lives in a construction sheltering it from the harsh weather conditions of its world. If he built it or how remains unknown.
The entity had contact with humanity during the first half of the third millenium through Shepherd Blaine, a telepath working for the Fishhook Corporation while psychically scanning distant worlds.

VEGANS

Planet of Origin: Vega XXI (Although it is not known if the planet called Vega XXI by the alien is the same one humans call Vega or if this is an homonym)

Vegans are a sentient man sized humanoids drapped in a luminous aura who developed a pacific advanced civilisation. It is not known if they possess telepathic abilities but when an individual of the species die every specimen is aware of the event regardless of the distance they're at. Their sexual unit is composed of five individuals. They take part in an interstellar community of species sharing a network of portal linking their worlds together.

VISITORS

A black rectangular shape, from 12 to 15 meters in height by 60 to 76 meters in lenght. Its interior is composed of cellulose compressed to an incredible extent and can witstand struscutral stress of several tons per square centimetre. Its exterior is a cellulose/silicon polymere coating that is able to convert kinetic energy in potential energy and to convert it according to its need. The composition of this skin somehow allows the visitor to manipulate gravitic flux either for attraction or repulsion. The visitors reproduces by budding and are able to modify their offspring’s structure so they will better adapt to their new environment. They are also able to modificy theur structure to extend thin prehensile tentacles to bring other creature inside them in order to communicate with them telephatically.

The Visitors came to Earth toward the end of the 20th century.

THE TEAM

The team are two representatives from an unamed non technological interstellar civilisation. They look like large globes about two meters in diameters, with eyes moving on their surface. They are peaceful, very intelligent and able to move in air and through space. The extent of their capacities remains unknown. The only known recorded contact of this species with mankind is when the team visits Earth in 3952.

RATOIDS

Bipedal species that is part of an advanced interstellar civilisation using a network of stargates to traval through the Milky Way. They look like man-size rat standing on their hind paws and using their forepaws as heands.

ALIEN WITHOUT A SOUL

Nothing is known about the social structure of that species (nor its name) and, based on the information gathered from the specimen whose existence is recorded, he might as well be a unique one. It is a highly intelligent creature that has the ability to teleport itself on the interstellar scale. Roughly man-size, it looks like a shapeless mass of worms always in motion and often changing colors. It can communicate telepathically with other species given they have some psychic compatibility. According to its saying, it is self-sufficient, which is quite vague but can lead to believe that it feeds on its direct environment, possibly through photsynthesis or direct absorption of cosmic rays and surrounding matter. It comes from a world located somewhere in our galactic arm or nearby. Although fairly versed in spiritual matters, it does not know the concept of the soul.

ULYSSE's SPECIES

Real species name not know - Peaceful species that is part of an advanced interstellar civilisation using a network of stargates to traval through the Milky Way. They arer hairless humanoids with a skin coloration reminiscent of cruel clown, with an almost rainbow colored face. They have sharp jaws, an almost lipless mouth with wide black eyes. The only known conctact of this species with mankind is when its representative working for the Stargate network came to visit Earth’s Stargate cartaker.
