BONELESS

The Boneless are beings from a  two-dimensional universe. They shortlt managed to invade our tridimensional worlds in 2014 in Bristol, UK. They are able to reduce both lifeforms and other three-dimensional objects to two-dimensions and back to a rough tridimension afterward, with the ability to possess them.

MOON / MOON CREATURE

The moon creature is a giant living creature which had been developping inside its egg, Earth's moon, for possibly as long as 4 billions of years. It hatched in 2049 after an intense one year growth period during which it increased its mass dramatically, breaking the Moon's crust in the process.
At birth, it weighted 1,3 billions tons, most of it being the egg it itself was ready to lay as soon as it was being born, and which was to become Earth's new moon, along with the dust left by the disintegration of the former moon's crust.
The creature itself is composed of a short somewhat moth-like body with long flayed tail and of two pairs of diaphan wings that composed most of its mass. After laying its egg, it flew away toward deep space.
Its whereabouts afterward remain unknown, as do its origins: was the egg initially layed by another creature or did it evolve on spot, possibly as a result of the planetoid Theia with the Earth. This also raises the question of a possible panspermia originating from Theia. But this hypothesis is highly speculative.

TELLERS

The Teller are large muscular sentient humanoids gifted with powerful telepathic powers. They have grey elephant-like skin and elephant-like feet, a vaguely snail-like head with articulated eye stalks on each side of it, a short ribbed tail and two long claws serving as hands. Their nostrils are presumably situated under in series, along their eye stalks. One of their main defense mechanism consist of emissions of psywaves that can liquify the brain of their victims, indicently causing the skull to cave in.
They probably developed a primitive culture on thier howeworld but were all exterminated after being discovered by offworlders, presumably humans, at some point in the future. Two were kept alive to serve as guilt detectors for a galactic bank until the bank was closed and they were relocated to an uninhabited world.

PROCESS

The Process is oviparous wormlike sentient annelid parasite looking much like a leech with lamprey-like mouths at each end. It moves by cartwheeling itself end over end, leaving a slime trail behind. It had clawed fins and red-brown skin which turned grey with age. It possesses some psychic powers and traps its victims in silk cocoon to  feed on their mental energy but also appears to be datavore, sustaining itself by consuming information. While originally not bigger than normal leeches, with enough food, it is able grow the several meters in lenght.
Its origin is unknown but one specimen is known to have been in Ealing, UK, during the 1990s, at which point it got on stow away in a time machine and disappeared from the planet.

SONTARANS

Planet of origin: Tthe moon of planet Sontar (AKA Sontara), a planet with 5 times Earth's gravity, in the Milky Way Galaxy.
Several thousand years ago, at a time when the Kaveetch people, a humanoid species native to Sontar which had developed an advanced space faring civilisation, were losing a war against the Rutan Host and coming close to extinction, they established on the moon of their homeworld an infrastructure allowing them to mass produce clones genetically engineered to excel in the art of war. The belligerent and militaristic Sontaran clones managed to fight off the Rutan assaults and got rid of the remaining Kaveetch they deemed inferior to themselves. The existence of their creators was eventually erased from their history. Their revised origin presentedand rewritten as them as a species split into clans, which fought amongst themselves until the arrival of a common foe, the Rutans, forced them into unity.
The Sontarans are grey-brown skinned greenblooded  humanoids. They have have large potato-like neckless heads, three fingered hands and short stocky bodies. Due to the high gravity of the moon of Sontar where they were first created, they have great strength and resilience in lower gravity environments. Although extremely resistant, they are vulnerable to coronic acid. They absorb energy via the probic vent on the back of their necks. A sudden blow to the vent would stun them while the penetration of a sharp object into it will kill them. Tampering with the energy feed could also lead to a reversal effect that could destroy them from the inside out.
The Sontarans are capable of creating around a million clones every four minutes, grown in vats and were nourished by sezerfine gas, and are therefore able to sustain massive casualties.  They can also heal their wounds with a stubby tubular device called a tissue rectifier.
The Sontaran technology has allowed them to miniaturised FTL technology to a point where small one men craft have interstellar range. Whatever their size, their starships are usually spherical. They use teleportation technology using generators situated at area of materialisation and dematerialisation, and limited time travel technology which they inherited from the Kaveetch. By the 13th centuray, they used osmic projection. In the 20th century, they started making attempts to obtain more effective time travel
Sontarans also used mind control individuals, either taking over their minds through rheon carbine, a thin, metallic weapon, which was designed to optimally fit the Sontaran hand, and was used for energy projection and hyponotism; or controlling them with devices attached to the neck.
Sontarans used a Base-6 counting system.
They are known to have visited Earth during the ancient Egyptian civilisation, where he was worshipped as a god until the humans learned that he planned to destroy Earth, at whihc point he was buried alive in a pyramid.
In the 13th century, a scout, landed in England and claimed it for the Sontaran Empire. He proceeded to make an alliance a local warlord, and to transport scientists from the late 20th century into the past using his osmic projection. He would then hypnotise them in order to make them work on his ship.
From that point on, several sontaran scoutships eithet landed or crashed on Earth, most of the time with fatal results, like the one that crashed in  Tunguska in the 1920ies. But it is not until 2009 that an all out invasion of the planet was attempted. As the Sontarans were momentarily losing their eternal war against the Rutans,  the Tenth Sontaran Battle Fleet made plans to convert Earth into a cloning world but failed, resulting in the destruction of their fleet.

DALEKS / KALEDS

Planet of origin: Skaro, an Earth-type planet, the 12th from its star, in the Milky Way Galaxy.
Daleks are the armoured, mutated descendants of the humanoid Kaleds, one of the two factions coexisting on the planet Skaro. They fought the Time Lords in the Last Great Time War, ending in the near-total destruction of both races. Intensely xenophobic and bent on universal domination,.The Daleks are biological organisms encased in and supported by a mobile, armed and armored protective shell which they need to sustain themselves. The  Daleks' bodies had mutated so drastically from their Kaled ancestors they had lost all humanoid appearance. They share information using a sort of artificial telepathic network known as the Pathweb but can also communicate verbally, despite vocal organs, through external vocoders.
The Dalek casing was originally called a "Mark III travel machine", conceived for the first generation of tailored mutant as a fully-sealed environment suit, allowing travel through the vacuum of space or underwater without the need for additional life-support equipment, with nutrient feeders and control mechanisms directly linked to the organism inside.. Heavily mutated members of other species, including humans, also occupied the same chassis on occasion. Made of polycarbide and dalekanium, it resembles a human-sized peppershaker, with a single mechanical eyestalk in a rotating dome, a gunstick and a manipulator arm. Their lower part is covered with fifty-six hemispherical protrusions, which can be equipped to serve different customised roles.
Due to their gliding motion, daleks often display limited manoeuverability. Different models had different hovering capacities, some being effectively able to fly while others had difficulties navigsting stairs. Some rare high ranking individuals were known to be equipped with teleporter and temporal shift capacity. The power source of the Dalek casing also changed several times. Early models being much less powerful than later ones. Throughout history, there were many Dalek variants that sported different casings. A Dalek's ability depended on what features its casing offered.

The mutant organism  itself, which was artificially evolved from the humanoid Kaleds, looks much like a small invetertebrate with multiple tentacular protrusions, either a single eye or a normal right eye and a left eye so reduced in size as to be easily missed - Despite their apparent lack of any motive capability, they are capable of defending themselves, being able to kill a human size opponent by striking at its throat.

Daleks have little individual personality and a strict hierarchy. They are conditioned to obey a superior's orders without question, even if these orders resulted in pain or death. The most fundamental feature of Dalek culture and psychology is an unquestioned belief in the superiority of the Daleks. Other species are either to be exterminated or enslaved, and then exterminated when no longer necessary. The default directive of a Dalek is to destroy all non-Dalek life forms. Daleks even regard "deviant" Daleks as their enemies and worthy of destruction.  Despite this, offended by exterminating their own, they will sometimes instead send them to a planet known as the Dalek Asylum.
Another result of this superiority complex is their complete ruthlessness. Because of it, it is nearly impossible to negotiate or reason with a Dalek, and it is this single-mindedness that made them so dangerous. Their reliance on logic and machinery was a weakness, albeit one that they recognised. Daleks considered illogical actions impossible.  The emotional capacity of Daleks was limited to largely negative emotions. Empathy, compassion and sentimentality were considered by them to be weaknesses. However, they were capable of comprehending them, and often used them to exploit their enemies.

Their creation is the feat of the kaled scientist Davros, although the initial concept was presented to him by his  assistant Shan; from whom he stole the idea, and adapted it into what would become the Daleks. They were developed toward the end of the One thousand years Wars on Skaro and ended it by eliminating most of the two warring parties, the Thals and the Kaleds. They then became stranded in their city for a while, but somehow survived and, led by the Dalek Emperor and the Dalek Council, forged an interstellar and later intergalactic Empire. After clashing several times with Timelords agents, they began working on a time travel technology of their own and came several time to Earth which was one of their first battleground with their soon-to-became nemesis, the Timelords, first by developing time corridor technology, then by building time travel machines based on temporal shift, efficient but not as much as the Timelords' Tardis.
Travelling through time themselves and being at war with the Time lords, the Daleks have seen their history and development rewritten several times already, a process which is still on the way.

SYCORAX

The Sycorax are a long lived humanoid species which developed an agressive interstellar tribal empire of plunderers and esclavagists after gaining access to FTL when an alien spaceship crashed on their homeworld. Morpholigically very close to humans, they mainly differ from them by the appearance of their head, being lipless and growing a bony helmetlike structure protecting most of their head like an exoskeleton.
They move through space using asteroids which they fit with FTL engines and blackmailing other species into giving away chunks of their population in slavery. Using theblood control technique they developed, they came to Earth at christmas 2006, threatening to kill every human with A+ blood unless they were given half the population as slaves but were thwarted and their ship destroyed (using alien technology salvaged from another crash). They are known to have already being wandering through space some 2000 years ago.

ICE WARRIORS / NATIVE MARTIANS / GREENIES

Planet of Origin: Mars, the fourth planet oribiting the Sun. After having struggled and adapted aritifically to their homeworld's dying ecosphere, the Ice Warriors abandoned it to relocate on other worlds in other star systems.
The Ice Warriors are a race of sexuate sentient reptilian humanoids which developed an advanced agressive civilisation built upon a strict code of honor which developed space faring capacities millenias ago. Standing around 2 meters tall, they have thin both strong bodies, three digits clawed hand, sharp fangs and large red eyes.
In order to survive harsh environments, they created  heavy suits, partly biological, partly cybernetic, which serves as weaponry, armor, powersuits and life system and which are considered dishonorable to remove. Thus they only did so under the most extreme circumstances, and if so, could  summon them back remotely.
The Ice Warriors are capable of engineering planetary ecosystems to better suit their needs; for instance, they deployed seeds on a planet which altered the environment and made it a world that would suit their needs. Such an attempt was made on Earht in the mid-21st century.

OOD / OODKIND

Planet of Origin: Ood Sphere, a planet from a system of two suns, situated in the Horsehead Nebula, some 1500 light years from Earth, is the home of the sensorites. Another planet in the same system, the Sense sphere, houses a genetically related species, the Sensorites. Although not a gestalt, the Sensorites are also telepahtic. How those two species, most probably of common origin managed to end up on different planets remains unknown.
The Ood are a long lived pacific telepathic humanoid species which developed as a gestalt into an early industrial civilisation. They live as a hive mind led by the Ood Brain, a huge living brain that ontrolled the connection between individual Ood and which is able to reach any Ood over intergalactic distances. They have coleoid tentacles on the lower portions of their faces, no vocal cords and instead communicated by telepathy. They  posses two brains; a forebrain in the head and a secondary hindbrain connected by an umbilical cord-like connection to their faces, usually held in their hands. The forebrain does much of the thinking and stores the telepathic sensors. The hindbrain processed memory and emotions, leading to mental instabilities when removed, even though the Ood can survive without it.  In the 39th century, humanity discovered the Ood, enslaved them, and used them to perform menial tasks throughout the intergalactic slave trade. The external hindbrain of the Ood was extracted and replaced by translator globes by Ood Operations, a corporation in charge of managing their world. This procedure was kept from the general public which believed the Ood naturally servile. By the 42nd century, it was claimed that every human had an Ood servant. Apart from activist groups, they were generally barely even regarded as being alive, and were considered to be expendable.

SENSORITES

Planet of Origin: Sense Sphere, a planet from a system of two suns - which never had nights, situated in the Horsehead Nebula, some 1500 light years from Earth, which is rich in molybdenum and is the home of the sensorites. Another planet in the same system, the OOd sphere, houses a genetically related species, the Ood. How those two species, most probably of common origin managed to end up on different planets remains unknown.

Sensorites were a telepathic humanoid race that developed an industrial civilisation. Their head is  bulbous, their eyes large and black with no eyelids. They have white whiskers around their mouths. They are very sensitive to loud noise and fear darkness. They appeared almost identical, even to themselves and wear accessories with their otherwise identical grey bodysuits to denote their social status.
Early in their history, the Sensorites worshipped giant spiders called  Zilgans that lived in dark caves on their world, since they lived in the darkness that they feared so much. They would feed them criminals and would be left on their own. In the 28th century, a human exploration mission made contact with the Sensorites and attempted to exploit their world's mineral wealth. After an uneasy start, they managed to make an agrement that exploitation would be minimal and would ne bother the Sensorites.

RILLS

Planet of origin: An unknown plant in Galaxy 4.
Rills are a sentient ammonia-breathing species which developed  an advanced pacific spacefaring civilisation with intergalactic capacities.
They are large, scaly sexuate creatures with massive skulls, wide mouths and large eyes. They rely on their telepahtic abilities to communicate, being unable to do so verbally. Tey have very long liespan and a slower perception of time than most species. It remains unclear if this is their natural  state of being or if this came about after genetical manipulations they went thru in order to increase their original lifespan. It takes them a thousand years ot mature and their normal reaction time is fifty times slower than a human.  In order to deal with other species, they are able to increase their reaction time for short periods but find this practice unstelling. Solitary beings, they prefer to spend most of their time thinking, leaving physcial tasks and interaction with others to robots called Chumblies.

CHULA

The Chula are a humanoid sentient species which developed and adcanced spacefaring civilisation as of the twentieth century or before. They are known to have been participating in wars, having developed powerful  medical nanogenes which could restore even dying or dead soldiers to action. Those nanogenes were usually carried in automated medical ships droppes on the battlefield from where they could start repairing the injured. Such as medical ship has been known to crash on Earth in London during WWII. The effects of the nangogenes were contained and the ship destroyed.

Notes: Although no Chula are seen, the pilot seat from one of their ships seen in the aforementionned episodes is clearly made for a humanoid.

VOGANS

Planet or Origin: Voga / Planet of Gold / Neo Phobos
Vogans  are grey skinned sentient humanoids with  deep-set eyes and protruding facial features on a large domed head with some scarce white hair on its backside and jaw. From observations, no sexually differenciation is apparent and reproduction methodes are unknown. Despite a surprisingly simple technology, such as motor-boats and projectile weapons, Vogans were in contact with offworlders - mainly for commercial and defensive reasons, as their planet contained unimaginable of gold, they were harassed during the war against the Cybermen in the 26th century.
There planet's gold was used to create glitterguns which could kill Cybermen. In order to stop this, the Cybermen attempted to destroy Voga, they failed but the planet was nevertheless blasted into space. This forced the Vogans to move underground and set up a troglodyte isolationist regime. After floating in space for over 300 years, Voga was captured by Jupiter's pull. Shortly after this, the humans rediscovered Voga and put the Nerva Beacon in its orbit. 50 years later, the Cybermen learned of its whereabouts  and tried against to destroy it still to no avail.
The Vogan are led by a High Council, which was in turn led by a President or Chief Counciller. The Council had their own militia, which defended the centre of the planet. The Vogan Guilds were represented by the Guardians, who protected the mining galleries and the surface of the planet. The High Council were in favour of the isolationist policy, while the Guardians believed that the Vogans should rejoin the rest of the galaxy. This schism caused a minor civil war, which happened to have occurred when the Cybermen tried to destroy it for the second time.
By the 40th century, Voga had been long since abandoned and was nothing more than a lifeless asteroid.

NIMONS / MINOTAURS

The Minotaurs are a minotaur-like humanoid species that developed a parasitic spacefaring civilisation on an interstellar scale. Parasitic by nature,  they fed on the faith of other life forms and survived by descending on primitive planets, setting themselves up as gods to feed on the worship of the natives. They could not feed on a person who held no strong beliefs. After a while when species became advanced, they usually managed to expell them upon realising their true nature.
A more dangerous offshoot of the species, called Nimon, could effectively drain not only faith but the very life force of their victim and could shoot blasts of energy from their horns. The Nimons were able to consume to extinction the population of an entire world within a few years. As their food source got scarce, they would look for another planet ripe for conquest and draining. A scout would descend on a planet, representing itself as a god with gifts of  advanced technology and start to construct a maze-like Power Complex  designed to generate a portal back to the Nimons' current planet. The Nimons would then migrate en masse to the new planet using capsules sent through the portal,  drain that world dry and look for the next, continuing the cycle they referred to as the Great Journey of Life.
They are said to have been one of many races that participated in the Millennial War some 150 million years ago against the Mad Mind of Bophemeral where they collaborated with the Osirians in dropping quantum collapsers on the insane computer intelligence. (PDA: The Quantum Archangel). At some point after the third millenium, after having drained the planet Crinoth, all traces of them was lost while they were travelling via their their portal toward their next prey, the planet Skonnos.

SHIFT AGENT

Shift Agents were entities without solid bodies. They could transfer their energy into mechanical objects and control them. It remains unclear is Shift agents are natural lifeforms or engineered agents.
One Shift Agent is known to have come to Earth in 1885 to retrieve some dark matter. It briefly possessed a steam train in England.

FEARMONGER

The Fearmonger is an alien entity which fed off fear and hatred. It itself does not stir up fear, but chose hosts capable of stirring up large amounts of fear and stays with them for long periods, moving on if the host died. In addition to feeding off of fear, it can unleash mental bursts of concentrated fear on attackers, rendering them permanently insane with fear. When not inhabiting a host, it was vulnerable to any metal that can ground it, as its body was made of electromagnetic energy.
According to some stories, an unknown alien civilisation created several psychic entities (each one personifying an emotion such as fear, compassion, pride, and anger) to incite group emotions and thus unite their people. When the civilisation fell, the entities left for other worlds. The entity responsible for fear eventually made its way to Earth.
It shares a lot of traits and history of the Redjac.

FAMILY OF BLOOD

The Family of Blood are green, gaseous sentient entities that can inhabit and possess human bodies and possess a unique sense, being able to track a scent over interstellar distances and even time period. They gather in family-based social cells or parents and children and spend their time hunting organic preys. They have very short lifespans, lasting only 3 months, but lend to their descendants technologies they've stolen from their victims. While in human form, the Family can telepathically communicate with each other from a distance. They also had access to their Hosts' memories, which enabled them fast understanding of stolen technologies but though have some difficulty assimilating personnality and pretending.

BODACH

The Bodach were incorporeal creatures who  fed on the energy produced by a mind when dreaming. They could emit psychic energy which would cause nightmares, allowing them to feed. This psychic energy could be blocked by aluminium. As the Bodach had no body, they were forced to control these sleeping people, using them to interact with their surroundings. The Bodach were known to the Celtic people, who believed they were evil spirits. At some point, an Obelisk was made with two crystal eyes. With these crystals, the Bodach would be able to send the whole world to sleep and feed on their dreams. In unknown circumstances, this did not come to pass, and instead the obelisk was buried outside what would be London. In 2050, the site was dug up and the obelisk destroyed shortly after.
