GREENIES / MEGARANS / DENEBIANS / JOVIANS

Planet of Origin: Megara, a world orbiting around Deneb / Denef
The Greenies are a sentient bipedal batracian species. They have developed an early industrial level civilisation.
They are about four feet tall, brown or green skinned with webbed hands and feet, round heads with large globulous eyes, either black or yellow. Source: Edmund Hamilton, Captain Future, Captain Future and the Space Emperor (L'Empereur de l'Espace), Magic Moon (Silence, on tourne !)

UNNAMED SPECIES FROM CAPTAIN FUTURE - P4

On that picture can be seen more aliens (see previous entry) travelling on a spaceliner en route to Earth. At least seven species are visible here.

First row (from left to right):
- A small non-humanoid purple invertebrate.
- Two Megarans from the Planet Megara in the Deneb star system (seen in other episodes of the series)
- A humanoid figure in an hermetic suit. It cant be said if this one is an alien or a man from a extrasolar colony wearing a environmental suit because a) he has adapted to an atmosphere different from our own or b) some of some reason we do not know.
- A white haired simian of the same species as thsoe seen in the previous entry.
- A non-humanoid alien. Another specimen of the same species, but with a turquoise skin tone instead of a purple one- was briefly seen on the Deneb colony in another episode (see P1 on the same subject).

Second row:
- An orange skinned bald alien with antenneas such as the one seen in the previous entry.
- Another simian humanoid, but whose mane is red instead of white and whose skin is pitch black.
- A purple skinned vaguely humanoid alien with two short tentacle aroud its mouth.
- Yet another orange skin humanoid with antennaes.
- Another orange alien who bears ressemblance to the previous one but with some features such as "something" on its head that prevents clear association with the aforementionned orange skin one.

Third and forth Row:
- A kaki skin massive humanoid with pointy head, trumpet like ears and a very textured skin.
- Another humanoid with antenna, but whose skin is purple instead of orange (but is still probably of the same species)
- Another Megaran
- Another pointy head kaki humanoid
- A bald brown skin canine or monkey humanoid with skin sacks on each side of its mouth
- Another purple skin blad humanoid (antennaes not visible due to distance)
- Another Megaran
- Another canine or monkey type

UNNAMED SPECIES FROM CAPTAIN FUTURE - P3

Here are pictures from unnamed aliens seen on a spaceliner en route to Earth (and whose species, therefore, had at least commercial relations with mankind) in the "Black Planet" stroy arc.

On the first picture you can spot:
- Possible three specimens of the same species (two of which are females). Biped and with body proportions closely ressembling that of humans, they have large flattened heads with antennas, two large eyes and ears, and a wide mouth with heavy lips. Their skin color can (at least) green, purple and orange.
- Another four arms green humanoid can be glimpsed but not enough details are visible to be able to see if he belongs to one of the four arms species previously presented.

The second picture is that of a humanoid that closely ressembles a blad human with orange skin and a set of antennaes. Let's not that this one looks almost identical to a durlan from the DC universe under his humanoid form.

The third picture shows, seen from the back, a humanoid with large mouth and ears and what appears to be a huge protuberance on the top of his head (it could as well be a hat, but it's the exact same color as his skin). The specimen looks otherwise quite human like apart from his hands with have two pair of opposable fingers. The female dancing with him is most probably a human drawn with some cartoon license.

On the fourth picture, the old man could or not be alien depending on the cartoon license used to draw him. Behind him though, is clearly visible a white haired simian humanoid.

On the fifth picture, we can see the same simian in the background and, in the foregound, a four arm green skinned alien with a trunk and whose respiratory organs are most probably at the bakc of his head, given the fact that some breathing apparatus seem connected there.

UNNAMED SPECIES FROM CAPTAIN FUTURE - P1

Here is a list of unnamed alien species seen in the first episode of the Captain Future (Capitaine Flam) animated series. All the species shown here were in Deneb VII's Jungletown but indigenous to the planet. It may therefore be assumed that all of them have developed or were exposed to a spacefaring society.
  • First Picture: There are representatives from 5 alien species on this picture, Denebian (left) aside.
  • Second Picture: There are representatives from 3 other alien species on this picture. The green one with the large white eyes also appeared on the first picture.
  • Third Picture: The lizard is only a pet. The kid in an environmental suit is most probably of the same species as the ones from the previous post - probably a human. The other kid seems to have some features ressembling that of a canine and is therefore most probably of a different origin.
  • Fourth picture: There are representatives from two alien species in this picture. Both look a lot like aliens from the StarWars Cantina.
  • Fifth Picture: The specimen in an environmental suit might be of the same species as the ones from the previous post as he shares with them a lot of anatomical features. The Floating head's nature is unknown. It does look a lot like the Zardoz Flying head, but much smaller.

UNNAMED SPECIES FROM CAPTAIN FUTURE - P2

Here is a list of unnamed alien species seen in the first episode of the Captain Future (Capitaine Flam) animated series. All the species shown here were in Deneb VII's Jungletown but indigenous to the planet. It may therefore be assumed that all of them have developed or were exposed to a spacefaring society.
  • First Picture: The two specimen from the first picture (as well as the last one from the next post) are humanoids in environmental suits of different designs and may or may not belong to the same species. The fact that they seem to be together may lead to believe it is the case. As they appear very humanlike same size, number of limbs, digits, eyes, respiratory organs in the same location, it is possible that these are humans from another colony who cannot bear Deneb VII's atmospherical conditions or may be sensible to some of its biospherical elements.
  • Second Picture: The specimen from the second picture is clearly totally alien. Another specimen of this species is seen on a terran spaceliner en route to Earth in the Black Planet Stroyline, but that one is purple, which leads to believe that that species might have several possible skin tones.
  • Third Picture: The utility of the tubes going from the base of the neck to both ears of the four arm humanoid (assuming ears are the organs situated at this point of its anatomy) remains unknown. His The reason for these remains unknown. The tubes running across the armor on his legs may or may not be for the same function. The mechanism grafted to the chest of the large saurien is most probably related to his respiratory or vascular system to help it to deal with the alien environment he is in.
  • Fourth Picture: While this alien is in an environmental suit, it clearly does not belong the same same species as the other people in environmental suit mentionned above.
  • Fifth Picture: A Flying reptilian alien. Like many others, he also need some mechanical environmental equipment.
  • Sixth picture: This large alien has four arms and two heads. As he is closely following a human female, does not show any technological on him and even look somewhat primitive, he might not belong to a spacefaring species and might be the female's pet or primitive bodyguard.

KRENS

Planet of Origin : Kren (around Fomalhaut)

Feathered Humanoids. They developed a space faring civilisations. Standing roughly at 1.5 meters, they have long legs and arms that used to be wings. Their feet and hands are clawed.

H'HARN

Humanoid species. They developped a civilisation in the Small Magellanic Cloud, which they called Amambarane. Weak and stupid, they and were used by another species which settled on their homeworld before they discovered they had powerful telepathic abilities, and, after strengthening those power by selective breeding took, the reconquered their planet and then over the entire Amambarane. In the 13e and 20e millenaia, they tried to conquer the Milky Way but were repelled on every attempt.

Physically, they stand about the height as a kneeling adult human, and hide their bodies in robes when dealing with other species.Their body is glistening, moist looking with gray-green flesh which seems to writhe and flow as their limbs move with boneless fluidity. The head are small and spherically shaped. The face is blank with a small and somehow pretty mouth, two hole instead of a nose, and two big, filmed over, dull, obscurely opalescent eyes. They speak in sibilant whispers which change to a high whistling pitch when they are angry.

Intellectually, H'harn are quite intellectually inferior to most other space-faring species. They viewed all other sentient creatures as tools they can manipulate dominate with their power of mental compulsion. While this power is almost unmatched, it is limited in range, and cannot be used against many creatures at once. Its force can be used in such a way that the victim and those surrounding it are unaware of the control, but full possession makes the control obvious through the blank face of the victim.
