AKTARKANS

Planet of Origin: Aktarka, an earth-type planet with two major continents and two very large moons that orbits around a G type star in the Milky Way galaxy. Although they will most likely refer to themselves as coming from the continent of the two moons (Continent des deux lunes) than as Aktarkans.

Aktarkans are humanoids that are undiscernable from normal Earth humans which have developped a pacifist non-expansionnist space faring technological civilisation more than 2000 years ago. They are known to have visited the solar system and have established some bases at least on Earth and the Moon. They are governed by a council and practice a strict birth control policy according to which a family cant have more than 2 children, which even seems to be an exception. Their population is very low and they are widely spread on the continent of Aktarka which always faces its two moons. They are known to send emissaries to less advance humanoid civilisations (which they call Inferior planets) and discretely tutor them.

If Aktarkans and humans have common origin remains unknown but their similarity lets believe it could be the case.

Aktarkans have mastered gravity manipulation, FTL travel, interstellar range communication and teleportation and limited time-travel. They appear to use automation and robotics as little as possible, same thing for genetic manipulations, although they seem to posses advanced knowledge in the field .

ZULTANN / ZULTANNIANS/ ZULTANNIENS / BYRAMS

Planet of Origin: Byram, an Earht-type planet in theMilky Way Galaxy with two major continents, one called Zultanniam populated by the native Zultanns, the other, called Atlantis 2, populated by survivors of Earth's Atlantis some 12 000 years ago..

Zultanns are a humanoid species which has developed a monarchical peaceful space-faring civilisation. They are blad and yellow skinned, with large bleu eyes. Some are known to possess powerful psychic abilities. They've shared their planet with a human population which migrated on their world some 12 000 years ago following the fall of Atltantis. Contact between the two races remained scarce for a long time as each species occupies a distinct continent, and even with the advance of their respective technologies, they remained dubious about one another until a altantean princess got engaged to a zultann prince at the beginning of the third millenium. They are known to have come to Earth on rare occasions and are genetically compatible with humans. Half-breed offsprings are known ot retain most Zultann traits but with human hair and skin color.

GALAXIANS /GALAXIENS

Planet of Origin: Original planet unknown. After it underwent a critical greenhouse effect some 2000 years ago. Three quarter of the population left in space arks and relocated on the First of the two moons of planet Aktarka, orbiting a G star in the Milky Way. A minority of Galaxians stayed on their homeworld but all contact was lost with the exilees.

The Galaxians are a pacific, even  friendly, species of one meter tall humanoids that have developed an advanced but ot expansive interstellar space-faring civilisation. Their skin was originally of a light orangeish color, but after their planet was exposed to heavier sun exposition, they slowly turned s to black over generations. Those who relocated to Aktarka's moon turned to green skin. All quite ressemble bald teddy bears. A minority, mainly among females, have been known to develop psychic powers.

Galaxian society is very democratic, one with a constant )sometimes even daily) exchange of social tasks even in the sharing of tasks. The annual head of state is called the Prince-of-the-Year and is the Galaxian who received the most merit points over the past year.

Over him is the Council of Elders which is made up of five Galaxian patriarchs which seems to be an half-honorific title for those chosen as they dont always seem to have much credit given to them.  The younger Galaxians are quite aware of their elders deficiencies and often take them half-serously.

GREYS / VREES / ASGARD / ZETANS / RETICULIANS

There are numerous sighting claims of Gray type aliens.
In the "Dark Skies" TV series, the Grays are presented as a peaceful highly advanced humanoid civilisation capable of space travel, which have been taken over by the Hive, a communal parasitic species, the Hive, which uses their bodies as host for their expansion plans.

In the "X-Files"TV series, they are presented as an transformation, through the use of another humanoid lifeform, either a reptilian humanoid or a human, of the Black oil parasitic (or symbiotic) lifeform. These Gray type aliens can attain man-like sizes and are capable of shape-changing.

In the "Stargate SG-1", they are called the Asgards and are pictured as an highly advanced species opposed to a parasitic species somewhat reminiscent of the Hive, the Goa'uld.

In Babylon 5, they are called Vree and are said to have visited Earth since hte 1940ies. They are known to be distant relatives of another spacies called Streib and both species have a lot fo similarities with yet another one, the Zener, which is known to have been manipulated by an ancient race known as the Shadows.

Greys have also been seen in the Escape from Planet Earth movie and in the Scrameustache comcis series where they are shown to have some psychic abilities, among them, telekynesis.

Typically, Greys are described as being approximately 120 cm (four feet) tall, with grey (sometimes blueish,) skin. Their body is typically described as being elongated, and lacking in muscular definition. Their legs are shorter and jointed differently than one would expect in a human. Their arms often reach down to their knees, and some accounts give them three digits or three digits and a thumb on each hand. They have a bulbous, hairless head supported by a thin neck, which is dominated by large, usually black lidless eyes. They typically have small flat noses or slit-like nostrils on a flat face, small mouths and small earing orifices. Some accounts have Greys wearing tight neutral colored uniform-like jumpsuits. Other reports have them appearing to be naked. In most cases, they dont have determinable gender and have no visible external genitals.
From the abduction account of Barney and Betty Hill in 1965, they are believed to be coming from a planet orbiting the star Zeta Reticuli.
